Refund Process:

  • Please keep the product and packaging safe, complete, and undamaged until the return process is completed.

  • Once your issue is reported, we will inform the seller and arrange the return of the package.

  • After the seller receives and verifies the returned item, they will refund the amount directly to you through your original payment method.

  • Our team will coordinate and assist you throughout the process to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Note:
Refunds are not applicable for products that are used, damaged, or reported after the 3-day period.
