3. Payments and Refunds
All payments are collected on behalf of the supplier. Refunds are processed by the respective seller, as per the Refund Policy. We will help you communicate and coordinate with the supplier to ensure smooth processing.

4. Order Cancellations
Orders once confirmed may not be canceled unless the supplier agrees. Each supplier may have different cancellation rules.

5. Limitation of Liability
Our role is limited to connecting buyers and suppliers. We do not assume liability for damages, delays, or losses caused by the supplier or shipping partners.
